This year at the INFOMATRIX World Finals, held in Romania (Bucharest), our country was represented with 6 projects in two categories: Short Movie and Hardware Control.
In the short movie category, our country dominated with medals, so a movie called "KOMPANIJA" prepared by Richmond Park International Ssecondary School Sarajevo students Aida Mujčin and Almina Bajić won a gold medal. Students at Richmond Park International School Tuzla won silver and bronze with the films "MUČNINA" presented by Dženita Mujkanović and Enisa Kalfić and "Evaluation" created by Ahmed Piralić and Mustafa Hasanović.
Richmond Park College Sarajevo students represented the country with 2 teams in the Hardware Control category. The "Luminous" team, comprised of Hamza Makić and Nedim Karavdić, won the bronze medal just like Muhamed Sinanović and Edvin Džidić with their innovative project "HELT".
It is a special charm for the participants of this school that in the previous 2 competitions (BOSEPO 2019 in Sarajevo and IFEST in Tunisia), they shared gold and silver and thus were the biggest competitors against each other and repeated a similar scenario in this competition.
Richmond Park College Bihać students Amna Delić-Ibukić and Nedžma Jaganjac also competed in this category, who won silver with their project "The Game Of Doors".
This is also one of Bosnia and Herzegovina's best placements at the INFOMATRIX World Finals so far, where the colors of our flag were proudly in the front row in front of 35 other countries.
INFOMATRIX is an international competition of students in information and techniques that aims to bring together the best students in the field of information technology. The final round of this year's competition was attended by 785 competitors from 36 countries.
