Richmond Park Primary School Bihać provides high-quality bilingual education for children aged 6 to 15. Our programme spans Grades 1–9 and follows a blended curriculum aligned with the Curriculum of Una-Sana Canton and the Cambridge International Curriculum.

We aim to develop confident learners equipped with academic fluency, communication skills, and strong values. Instruction is primarily in English, with about 70% of subjects taught in English and the remainder in Bosnian, and learning is enriched through hands-on activities, projects, and extracurricular opportunities.

Lower Stage (Grades 1–4):

Cambridge Primary English, Maths, and Science
Jolly Phonics in Grade 1, with additional grammar, reading, and writing lessons in later years

Character Education, PE, Music, Art, and Religious Education

Upper Stage (Grades 5–9):

Cambridge English and Cambridge Science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics)
Full subject range including ICT, German, and Religious Education
Specialist subject teachers from Grade 5 onward

Support for English Language Learners

English is the main language of instruction for many subjects, but we welcome students at various levels of fluency.

In Grades 1–4, students receive 11 lessons per week in English and related skills
In Grades 5–9, students receive ESL support as needed by specialist teachers
English instruction focuses on reading, writing, listening, and speaking
Content is adapted for students not yet fluent in English
No entry-level English test required for primary admissions
